We recently diagnosed a KitchenAid 5-door refrigerator after the homeowner noticed several problems happening at the same time. The refrigerator suddenly stopped dispensing water, the ice maker quit producing ice, and the interior LED lights stopped working completely.

Electrical testing performed
During diagnosis, we tested the following:

Testing showed unstable communication voltage caused by damaged wiring and a failing deli drawer interface circuit.
This prevented proper communication between refrigerator components and caused several refrigerator systems to stop functioning correctly.
