Who we are

Trusted Appliance Repair LLC is a locally owned appliance repair company serving the Greater Charlotte area. Our warehouse and dispatch are based in Huntersville, NC, so when you call us you are talking to someone who lives in the same community you do.

We serve homeowners, landlords, and property managers across Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, Concord, Matthews, Charlotte, Pineville, Mount Holly, and Fort Mill SC. Every technician we send is trained, licensed, and employed directly by us. Never a subcontractor.

Our team

Each member of our team has received training on a variety of appliance brands and types, and they are all skilled at completing tasks correctly the first time.

We work on all major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and cooktops. And we service all major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, KitchenAid, Bosch, Maytag, Frigidaire, and Electrolux, as well as high-end and built-in appliances from Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Liebherr, and Jenn-Air.

Most repairs are finished in a single visit because we arrive with the most popular replacement parts already on the truck.

Dmitry, our lead technician, personally oversees our team members' standards and handles many of the calls across the Charlotte area himself. He sets the standard for how every task on our team is completed thanks to his years of practical experience with almost every brand and type of appliance.

Kate and Lucas run our scheduling and coordination from the Huntersville office. When you call to book, you are talking to them directly. They know the schedule, they know the service area, and they make sure the right person gets to you at the right time.

How we work

Every repair starts with a diagnostic visit. The service call fee starts from $65 and goes toward the repair if you proceed. If an appliance isn't worth repairing, we'll tell you honestly, even if it means we don't get the job.
