Unbelievable experience! My 15 year old Samsung washer stopped working (bad pump). I called them at 8:45am, they had a technician at my home in Huntersville within an hour. The technician, Dmitrii, confirmed the bad pump. I went ahead with the repair and he waived the $99 call out fee for doing so. He replaced my pump for an incredibly fair price. I was blown away that he actually had a pump on his truck for such an old washer!! He said he carriers more than 80 pumps with him! 🤯 In total, Dmitrii had my washer fixed within two hours of my initial call to them. AMAZING!! Dmitrii was very friendly and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend Trusted Appliance Repair!!!

Dmitrii provided me with quick, professional and friendly service. A part was needed to fix my washing machine and was obtained quickly with a very short turn around for the fix. All work was explained in detail and I was completely in the loop for the entire process. Very happy with the repair and service provided.

Our GE front load washer started acting up. I read some reviews of different appliance repair businesses and decided to call Trusted Appliance Repair. I call d on Monday afternoon, someone answered right away. He said a tech could be at my home same day. The tech came and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a bad control board which I suspected. He said he needed to order the part and he could likely install it on Friday. But on Wednesday he called and said the part arrived and he could come over today. So it’s Wednesday afternoon about 48 hours from my call and the unit is working. The tech, Andrew, was courteous and prompt. Although I’m not happy to have to replace a board on a machine that’s only had 24 months service, I was very pleased with the service from Trusted Appliance and would recommend them. They made the entire process very easy

I have a WT7405CW LG washer. Thought I had a leaking washer unit, turns out it was the house's drain line backing up...🙃 Dmitrii figured it out quick and gave me some free advice on my dryer. Good customer service and came the next day. Would use them again 👍🏽.

Absolutely outstanding service!!! I called about a malfunctioning dryer and was offered a same-day appointment. Dmitrii was prompt, professional, friendly, and incredbily thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me the root of the issue, and even gave me extra tips for maintaining both my dryer and washing machine. The problem is a faulty control board, which concerned me since this is a brand new machine but he reassured me that it's very common. He also gave me a lot of insight into how to handle the replacement part process with LG, and offered a very reasonable quote for labor to install the new part if they are unable to get a tech out in a timely fashion. I truly appreciated the honesty and level of care, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Andrey from Trusted Appliance Repair LLC did an excellent job with our oven repair in Huntersville. The oven wasn’t heating evenly, and he quickly diagnosed a faulty bake element. He replaced the part, tested the unit, and now it works perfectly again. He was on time, very professional, and the price was reasonable. We called about 3:30pm regarding fridge and freezer. Technician arrived just after 4. Promptly diagnosed the issue and discussed options and reliability of repair with us. Repair completed by 6:00. Great response time but also much appreciated the professionalism and the honesty

Great service and Andrew were able to come over the same day. They fixed our Maytag dryer in less than an hour and gave us a fair price for the work. He’s fixed other appliances for us in the past and is reliable.

Incredibly great service! Definitely recommend. Dimitri came out early and was very thorough with his diagnosis and even helped me after the fact to prove to GE that I needed a replacement fridge.
