Unbelievable experience! My 15 year old Samsung washer stopped working (bad pump). I called them at 8:45am, they had a technician at my home in Huntersville within an hour. Our GE front load washer started acting up. I read some reviews of different appliance repair businesses and decided to call Trusted Appliance Repair. I call d on Monday afternoon, someone answered right away. He said a tech could be at my home same day. The tech came and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a bad control board which I suspected. He said he needed to order the part and he could likely install it on Friday. But on Wednesday he called and said the part arrived and he could come over today. So it’s Wednesday afternoon about 48 hours from my call and the unit is working. Although I’m not happy to have to replace a board on a machine that’s only had 24 months service, I was very pleased with the service from Trusted Appliance and would recommend them.
