By using our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services We Provide

Trusted Appliance Repair LLC provides residential appliance repair services, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and maintenance.
Certain services may be subject to additional terms, pricing, or limitations which will be explained before work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions, harassment, non-payment history, or situations beyond our scope of expertise.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

2.1. Appointment confirmation

When you book a service (online, by phone, or via text), we will confirm the appointment date, arrival window, and location.

2.2. Arrival window

Technicians typically provide a 2–3 hour arrival window depending on scheduling, route, and job duration.
Weather, traffic, or emergency calls may shift arrival times. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2.3. Access to the property

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance. If we cannot access the appliance upon arrival, a service fee may still apply.

3. Diagnostic Fees & Quotes

3.1. Diagnostic fee

Most service visits require a diagnostic fee to inspect the appliance and determine the issue.
This fee may be:

  • Paid separately, or
  • Applied toward the cost of the completed repair (depending on the offer or promotion available).

3.2. Price estimates

After diagnosis, we will provide a written or verbal estimate that includes labor and parts.

3.3. No obligation

You are not required to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimate, but the diagnostic fee will still apply.

4. Repairs, Parts & Warranty

4.1. Parts availability

Parts may be:

  • In stock
  • Ordered from the manufacturer
  • Backordered or discontinued

We will notify you if delays occur.

4.2. Warranty

Repairs performed by Trusted Appliance Repair LLC include:

  • Warranty on labor (duration varies by repair)
  • Warranty on parts, subject to manufacturer terms

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, improper installation by a third party
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Problems caused by electrical or plumbing conditions outside the appliance

4.3. Follow-up visits

If the appliance presents the same issue after a repair, we will return to inspect it.
If the issue is new or unrelated, a new diagnostic fee may apply.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Cash
  • Other payment methods depending on technician availability

Any returned payments, disputes, or chargebacks may result in additional fees.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1. Cancelling or rescheduling

We ask for at least 3 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations may result in a trip fee or forfeiture of the diagnostic fee.

6.2. Missed appointments

If the technician arrives and cannot gain access, or if no one is present, a trip or diagnostic fee may apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance
  • Ensure the appliance is accessible and connected to utilities (unless otherwise instructed)
  • Remove hazards, pets, or obstacles that may interfere with the repair
  • Follow post-repair instructions given by the technician

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusted Appliance Repair LLC is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unrelated appliance failures
  • Loss of food, belongings, business income, or other indirect damages
  • Pre-existing appliance conditions or future failures not related to our repair
  • Electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or structural issues outside the appliance

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the site
  • Copy or misuse any materials, content, or branding
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, crawlers) without permission

We may update site content without notice.

10. Use of Messaging (SMS/Text)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service reminders
  • Technician arrival updates

We do not share SMS opt-ins or phone numbers with third parties for marketing.
You may opt out by replying STOP at any time.
